Advisor Support
Chrysalis - Club 2000 provides on-going support in various ways.
Telephone Help Line: Anybody using our programmes can access the help line. The helpline is normally staffed between 9am-4pm Monday to Friday. Please leave a message and we will return your call. It may be best to email if there is a complex query.
- E Mail: Any questions, queries or concerns can be discussed via email.
- Web Site: Information can be found on this web site that will keep you up to date with the latest developments and inform you of useful links.
- Accreditation: In certain circumstances and if you have a very small number of candidates you may wish to use the Chrysalis - Club 2000 Accreditation Services to enable your candidates to achieve external accreditation.
- Sharing: If you wish to attend good practice sharing meetings in the West Midlands Area / Lancashire Area then please talk to Chris Traxson for further information. We are hoping to extend the support networks during 2007.
